Discovery Zone
1989–2001
“Ball pits, tubes, and pure chaos.”
Arcades & Play
The indoor playground built for kids to burn off energy — foam mazes, crawl-through tubes, a zip line, and the legendary ball pit, all shoes-off and socks-only. Every birthday party ended in sweaty, over-sugared mayhem while parents watched from the tables. Over-expansion and bankruptcies caught up with it, and the last locations were gone by the early 2000s.
