G33Z3R is intended for a general, adult, nostalgic audience and is not directed to children under 13. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted content, email info@g33z3r.com and we’ll remove it.

What G33Z3R is

G33Z3R is a nostalgic music-discovery site. We don’t host or stream music. Every “play,” playlist, and radio button links out to third-party platforms that do. Cover art and song metadata belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and discovery.

Your content

When you post a memory or publish a mixtape, it becomes public on the site. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and share that content as part of operating and promoting G33Z3R.

By posting, you agree that your content:

• is yours to share and doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights;
• isn’t unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or obscene;
• doesn’t contain spam, malware, or others’ private information.

We may remove content that is reported or that we believe violates these terms, at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its data;
• use the site for any illegal purpose or to violate others’ rights;
• misrepresent the site or impersonate others.

Third-party services

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, YouTube, Amazon Music, Pandora, internet radio, playlist converters, and other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for them or their content.

Connecting a music service (Spotify)

If you use “Create on Spotify” to build a playlist in your own account, you connect your Spotify account to G33Z3R. By doing so you agree that:

• G33Z3R makes no warranties on behalf of Spotify, and all implied warranties regarding the Spotify platform, service, and content — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed.
• You will not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Spotify platform, service, or content.
• G33Z3R is solely responsible for this site; Spotify and other third-party services carry no liability for it.
• Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and our Privacy Policy and may enforce them directly against you.

We connect to Spotify only to create the playlist you ask for, and we store nothing. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to disconnect.

Copyright & DMCA takedown

Respect copyright. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share. G33Z3R complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@g33z3r.com that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the URL or location of the material on the site;
• your name, address, phone number, and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Our designated copyright agent is Future Vision Concepts, LLC, reachable at dmca@g33z3r.com. On a valid notice we remove the material, notify the poster, allow a counter-notice, and terminate repeat infringers.

Intellectual property

The G33Z3R Radio name, branding, original text, and design are ours. Music, recordings, cover art, and artist names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for reference and discovery.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

G33Z3R is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, G33Z3R and its operators won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of G33Z3R will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We’ll revise the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
