The cavernous media superstore that put music, movies, books, magazines, and software all under one roof — long aisles of CDs and VHS/DVD, listening stations, and a scale that felt endless to a browsing teenager. Run by the same parent as Sam Goody and Suncoast, it was the everything-media destination before Amazon. It was shuttered along with its parent's mall chains in 2006.
