Seals & Crofts is an American duo known for their soft rock and folk rock sound, originating from California. Comprised of Jim Seals and Dash Crofts, they rose to fame with mellow hits like "Summer Breeze," "Diamond Girl," and "Get Closer." Their music is characterized by smooth harmonies and a laid-back vibe, making them staples of the 70s soft rock scene. Beyond their musical contributions, both members were vocal supporters of the Baháʼí Faith, which influenced their lyrical themes. Although the duo took a break in the early 80s, they reunited for a time in the late 80s and again in 2004, reminding fans of the effortless charm that defined their sound.
