The file

A chip that tasted like the loaded baked potato at a sit-down restaurant, made with the skins on. Tato Skins were the fancy chip of the '80s lunchbox, the one that came in a small bag and a big attitude.

When Keebler exited chips the recipe didn't die; it was licensed out, and the chips you find today branded as TGI Fridays potato skins are the direct descendant. Same crunch, different bag.

Look for the TGI Fridays bag. It's the same chip in a restaurant costume.
