Known for their smooth melodies and tight harmonies, they became a staple of the genre with tracks like "Imaginary Lover." The band originally featured Rodney Justo on vocals, alongside guitarists Barry Bailey and J.R. Cobb, bassist Paul Goddard, keyboardist Dean Daughtry, and drummer Robert Nix. During their peak years, Ronnie Hammond took over as lead singer, contributing to their distinctive sound.
