Rome is a neofolk and martial industrial band from Luxembourg, active since 2005 and primarily driven by the creative vision of Jérôme Reuter. While Reuter is the mainstay, he often collaborates with various musicians for live performances and studio recordings. Originally signed to Cold Meat Industry, the band later joined Trisol Music Group, where they’ve continued to explore rich themes through their music. Their track “I Belong to You (Every Time I See Your Face)” exemplifies their thought-provoking style, blending haunting melodies with poignant lyrics. As one of the more notable acts in the neofolk scene, Rome navigates the complex interplay of history and emotion in their work.
