You twisted the head off a little plastic person and squeezed. Squeezit was the lunchbox drink with the most engineering and the least juice, and for a while in the '90s it had color-changing versions and mystery flavors.

Capri Sun's pouch was cheaper, flatter and easier to pack, and by 2001 General Mills was done. The bottles themselves are what people remember: the faces, the twist, the sound.
