The file

The neon-green citrus soda arrived with the '90s at full volume: "Feed the Rush," extreme-sports ads, a can that looked like it might be radioactive. It was aimed squarely at Mountain Dew's teenage boys.

It never won that fight, and Coke let it fade out by 2003. What happened next is the interesting part: a fan group called the Surge Movement raised money for a billboard outside Coca-Cola's headquarters, and in 2014 Coke put it back on sale through Amazon. It sold out in hours.

One of the clearest cases of fans actually bringing something back. It's been in and out of stores since 2014.
