The Story
Incubus is an American alternative rock and funk metal band that originated in the United States. Formed in 1991 by vocalist Brandon Boyd, lead guitarist Mike Einziger, and drummer José Pasillas while they were in high school, they later added bassist Alex "Dirk Lance" Katunich and DJ Gavin "DJ Lyfe" Koppel to their lineup. Over the years, the group evolved, with Ben Kenney stepping in on bass and DJ Kilmore taking over the turntables. Known for their dynamic sound, they’ve crafted hits like "Pardon Me," which showcase their ability to blend rock with funk elements. Incubus remains a staple for fans of 90s alternative music, keeping the spirit of that era alive.
