Save Ferris is an American punk rock band that emerged from Orange County, California, in 1995. Known for their energetic blend of punk and ska, they gained a following in underground venues throughout Southern California. Their name nods to the classic film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off," adding a playful twist to their identity. Their first full-length album, It Means Everything, showcased their knack for catchy melodies and vibrant horns, notably featuring the infectious track "Come On Eileen." By the late '90s, they shifted towards a more pop-punk sound. After a break from the scene, they returned in 2017 with the Checkered Past EP, proving their resilience and passion for music.
