Therapy? is a Northern Irish rock band known for their blend of alternative rock, alternative metal, and noise rock. Originating in Larne in 1989, the group features guitarist-vocalist Andy Cairns, bassist Michael McKeegan, and drummer Neil Cooper. Early on, they recorded their first demo with Cairns stepping in on bass. They gained traction with their energetic sound and sharp lyrics, especially with tracks like “Screamager.” Over the years, they’ve evolved through various lineup changes, but their distinct style remains intact.
