The Story
Real Life is an Australian band known for their contributions to new wave and synth-pop since 1980. With a sound characterized by catchy melodies and electronic elements, they made a splash in the '80s with tracks like "Send Me An Angel" and "Catch Me I'm Falling," both from their debut album, Heartland. The original lineup included David Sterry, Richard Zatorski, Allan Johnson, and drummer Danny Simcic. In 1986, Steve Williams took over keyboard duties from Zatorski, eventually followed by George Pappas in 1995 after a lengthy break. Their music captures the essence of the era, inviting listeners to reflect on the shimmering sounds of their youth.
