The Story
Renegade Soundwave is a UK electronic music trio known for their techno sound. With members Gary Asquith, Carl Bonnie, and Danny Briottet, they crafted a distinctive style that blended pulsating beats with provocative themes. Their track "Cocaine Sex" stands out in their catalog, showcasing their knack for striking a balance between edgy content and dancefloor energy. While their debut LP, "Soundclash," released on Rhythm King, features tracks that got rave reactions, it's the raw, infectious energy of their music that keeps listeners coming back. Their work remains a fascinating glimpse into the evolution of techno in the late '80s and early '90s, echoing in the dance scenes that followed.
